Our products are made in our own factories with love and attention to detail, but we know they are not perfect. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can submit a return request within 7 working days from the date of delivery of your order.

Please make sure that the photos clearly show the tags on the product. This will help us confirm that the tags have not been removed and ensure a smooth return process. We will process your return request within 24 hours and provide further instructions.
*Do not send packages to the shipping address. Packages sent to this address will be refused.
Returns
Once we confirm that the product has been returned correctly, we will send a gift card valid for 12 months to the email address you provided in your order.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange for a more expensive product, you will need to pay the difference in price. Conversely, if the replacement item is priced lower than the original item, we will email you a gift card covering the price difference.
Defective Items
We do our best to ensure that every item in our collection arrives in perfect condition.
However, in the unlikely event that an item is defective within 7 working days of delivery, please be sure to notify us via email and we will be happy to assist you.
If you receive a defective item, it is our sole responsibility to replace it with a new one. Alternatively, if you do not want to resend, we can provide a gift card of equal value.
* Defective items include holes, unseamed seams, and damaged parts.
Hongyuanhui reserves the right to handle any other faults or issues not mentioned above.

The original shipping fee is not refundable.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
We are unable to provide shipping labels.
Final Sale Items
Final sale styles are last chance styles and will not be restocked. All items are marked as "Clearance" and are not eligible for return unless confirmed defective by our team.
Any unauthorized Final Sale item sent back to HYF will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.
Lost Items
HYF is not responsible for duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any misplaced, lost or stolen merchandise.
HYF is also not responsible for any incorrect shipping information you provide.
