Our products are made in our own factory with love and attention to detail. If the product arrives damaged or in poor condition, you can return it and you have 15 days to process it. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Please ensure that the photos clearly show the tags on the product. This will help us confirm that the tags have not been removed and ensure a smooth return process. We will process your return request within 24 hours and provide further instructions.

Returns
Once we confirm that the product has been returned correctly, we will send a gift card valid for 12 months to the email address you provided in your order.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange for a more expensive product, you will need to pay the difference in price. Conversely, if the replacement item is priced lower than the original item, we will email you a gift card covering the price difference.
Defective Items
We try to ensure that every item in our collection arrives in perfect condition.
If you receive a defective item, it is our responsibility to replace it with a new one. Alternatively, if you do not want to resend, we can provide a gift card of equal value.
* Defective items include holes, unstitched seams, and damaged parts.
Hongyuanhui reserves the right to handle any other faults or issues not mentioned above.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
We are unable to provide shipping labels.
Final Sale Items:
Final Sale styles are last chance styles and will not be restocked. All items are marked as "Clearance" and are not eligible for return unless confirmed to be defective by our team.
Any unauthorized return of Final Sale merchandise to HYF will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.
Lost Items
Hongyuanhui is not responsible for duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any misplaced, lost or stolen merchandise. Hongyuanhui is also not responsible for any incorrect shipping information you provide.
